About Jane           

Jane was admitted as a solicitor in 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from Manchester University in England and a Diploma in Law (LPAB).

Before moving to Bathurst in 2012, Jane worked at a boutique Sydney law firm specialising in insolvency, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, followed by a mid-tier firm, acting predominantly in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

What Jane does

Jane has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, including a broad range of commercial disputes for both government and private sectors, including shareholder and partnership disputes, consumer law disputes (misleading and deceptive conduct and unconscionable conduct claims) and estate administration.

Jane is interested in commercial law, business law, intellectual property and estate administration.

Jane has appeared in multiple jurisdictions ranging from NCAT (tribunal), Local, District and Supreme Courts, Courts of Appeal and in the Federal Circuit and Federal Courts.

Jane has great attention to detail and enjoys providing her clients with advice on litigation strategies, mediation and informal settlements. 

Life Outside McINTOSH McPHILLAMY & CO 

Jane lives with her family on a lifestyle farm. When not at work, she can often be found ferrying her boys to their many sporting, creative and social events.
