Kelli was admitted as a Solicitor in 2009 and holds a Diploma in Law from the Legal Profession Admission Board and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
Prior to joining us Kelli worked as a Senior Associate in one of the State’s largest regional law firms and worked in-house as General Counsel in local government.

Kelli has experience in all areas of commercial law, with a particular focus on commercial transactions, litigation and property related matters, including conveyancing, property development and subdivisions, acting for corporate, private and local government clients.
Kelli has extensive experience in building and construction law, including the planning, negotiation and preparation of contracts (front-end) and construction related disputes (back-end) under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW) and otherwise.
Over her career Kelli has acted for a large number of New South Wales Local Councils, providing advice on tendering and procurement, compulsory acquisition of land, contracts for provision of services, works and goods, planning and negotiation of major and minor infrastructure projects as well as Council's regulatory functions and responsibilities.
When not at work Kelli enjoys spending time with her family.
